A Poem of Niceness
Because what else am I gonna do with my time? =/
I write this verse for Luke
A fellow beyond rebuke
He wanted a poem
So now I'll show 'im
This here rhyme aint no fluke
So the rhyming begins with a first
By a poet who's truly well versed
It draws us all in
with content not thin
And leaves us with a poetical thirst
The second begins with a flourish
The readers interest to nourish
It continues the story
Of lyrical glory
And there isn't a partner for flourish
Now to the third plus one
Where we bask in theoretical sun
Dreaming of days
Of sentence and phrase
But still onward the verses must run
Then sadly it comes to an end
The straight must come to a bend
I want my book
And my quiet nook
I hope you enjoy this my friend
Fin.
